This show will be a wild, humorous, eclectic and painfully honest ‘docu-cabaret’ that offers a rare window into the world of birth. An intergenerational sharing of knowledge that has been dangerously missing since birth was moved from the hands of women.
The Hole Story interweaves a cabaret of live performances created by artists, with facts taken from interviews with doctors, midwives, and other birthing professionals. A factual AND visceral guide to birth.
